Rate: Up to $55.00 Subacute Unit Manager Responsibilities: – Assume responsibility and accountability for resident care on sub-acute rehab unit – Oversees resident care to promote highest level of physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning – Ensure prompt reporting of incidents with follow-up to Administrator and Director of Nursing – Actively participate in committee/programs as directed – Participate in development and implementation of new policies and procedures Qualifications: – Primary series of COVID-19 vaccine required – Must possess current, unencumbered, active LPN/RN license – Nursing degree preferred – Five or more years of nursing experience required; Two or more years as a supervisor Benefits: – Tuition reimbursement – Employee referral bonus – Health, vision, and dental benefits – 401(k) with match – Employee engagement and culture committee – Sign-on Bonus paid out monthly for one year – Company sponsored life insurance – Employee assistance program (EAP) resources
