Full-time night shift ICU RN position available at Inova Loudoun Hospital’s Surgical Trauma ICU. 11-bed unit caring for critically ill surgical and trauma patients. Patient to Nurse Ratio: 2:1 (ICU) and 3:1 (IMC). Requirements: 1 year of critical care experience, BLS, ACLS, RN license in Virginia, BSN. Offering up to $20,000 sign-on bonus and relocation bonus. Full-time nights, 3 x 12-hour shifts. Pay: $36.75 – $62.00 per hour. Expected hours: 36 per week. Benefits include 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement.
