Qualifications: Graduate of 80-120 hour nursing assistant course, CNA registered in Wisconsin, high school diploma preferred, ability to work independently, no lifting restrictions, healthcare facility experience desired, good communication skills, compassionate personality, acceptable background check.
Reports To: Charge Nurse or Shift Supervisor.
Essential Job Functions: Provide routine nursing care to residents in accordance with guidelines.
Specific Job Duties: Flexible in assignments, perform nursing assistant duties, prioritize resident care, assist with hygiene, lifting, transferring, ambulating, special care needs, restorative care, resident admissions, encourage self-care, vital signs, infection control, maintain resident rights, attend training seminars, follow work schedules, lift up to 50 pounds.
Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour, shift differentials available.
Licenses & Certifications: Nursing Assistant.
