Shift: Full Time Days, 36 hours per week (3 12-hour shifts), every other weekend, rotating holidays. Base Pay Range: $34.46 – $51.02 per hour, with an additional $3.00 per hour for weekend shifts. $25,000 Sign-On Bonus. Join the Medical Bridge Unit at MU Health Care, providing exceptional care for patients transitioning from PACU, ED, or home. Requires Missouri RN license and 1 year acute care or OR experience. Physical demands include ambulating, reaching, and lifting objects over 20 lbs.
