Requirements include graduation from an accredited program, state licensure, CPR certification, and one year of experience in post-acute care. Job responsibilities include following treatment plans, charting, utilizing therapy software, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in patient evacuation. Other duties involve participating in community health projects, maintaining professional relationships, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
