The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional, comprehensive nursing care for patients in an acute care environment. Accountable for delivering safe, compassionate, evidence-based quality care to patients and families. Must be a Registered Nurse in the state of practice, with a BSN preferred, and at least one year of experience. Responsibilities include employing nursing professional practice, advocating for ethical care, facilitating learning, aligning practice with safety and quality, engaging in professional development, demonstrating leadership, and participating in educational programs. Other duties include proficiency in information technology, working with interdisciplinary teams, using critical judgment in patient care, demonstrating positive interpersonal skills, and managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
