The Intensive Safety Services therapist provides in-home therapeutic services to families at risk for child welfare court involvement. Responsibilities include managing a case load of 3-4 families, implementing evidence-based interventions, providing crisis management, connecting families with community resources, and maintaining required credentials. Position requires a master’s degree in social work or related field, licensure in Oklahoma, and proficiency in MS Word and general computer skills. Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and be COVID-19 vaccinated. Other requirements include CPR, First Aid, and Therapeutic Options certifications. Staff are community-based and expected to work holidays/weekends if required.
