Qualifications: Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner school, current licensure with the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations, minimum of one year experience preferred, current in CPR.
Job Summary: Provides medical care in Rural Health Clinic, evaluates and implements treatment plans for patients of all ages, assists with Occupational Medicine clients.
Schedule: Full-time, four 10-hour days, rotating including weekends.
