Directs and oversees nursing staff in compliance with regulations and facility policies. Manages resident care, medication administration, wound treatments, and appointments. Provides nursing leadership, performs direct care tasks, conducts rounds, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team. Participates in management meetings to address resident needs and concerns.
