LPN/RN Hall Nurse in the Nursing Department, reporting to the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing. Provides nursing care to residents, must be a graduate of an approved LPN program, have training in rehabilitative nursing, CPR certification, and experience in medical facilities. Responsibilities include planning and implementing unit activities, ensuring compliance with policies, maintaining resident rights, medication management, notifying physicians of critical situations, and more. Additional tasks involve treating residents with dignity, following safety protocols, maintaining confidentiality, and participating in emergency drills. Desired skills include teamwork, decision-making, communication, and leadership. Compliance with facility policies is essential. Performance appraisal criteria are outlined.
