Job Summary: Administers nursing care to an assigned group of patients based on physician’s orders, nursing care plan, and the Oklahoma Board of Nursing Scope of Practice. Requires completion of a practical nursing program or equivalent coursework, a valid LPN license, and up to 6 months of related experience. Must have knowledge of disease management, strong communication skills, and ability to organize work effectively. Responsibilities include patient care, data collection, documentation, and adherence to care standards. Decision-making involves non-routine procedures under changing conditions. Works closely with patients, healthcare professionals, and internal/external customers. Safety-sensitive position under OMMA.
