Responsibilities include a 4-hour shift weekly or biweekly, collaborating with medical providers, and case management. Qualifications: experience in work-related injuries, state licensure, MD or DO from accredited university, DEA license, and Board Certification or Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery. Compensation based on revenue share model. Must have Medical Malpractice Insurance.
