Summary: Provide patient-focused vascular care to residents at client facilities, conducting clinical assessments, ordering tests, and monitoring interventions. Must have current Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant license, ACLS certification, infection control certification, and strong clinical collaboration skills. Proficiency in computer skills, PACS, and EMR preferred. Local travel required with a personally owned vehicle. Preferred experience in vascular care, image-guided injectables, and geriatrics.
