Compensation ranges from $30 to $32 based on experience, with additional shift differentials and clinical premiums. Full-time and part-time positions available with rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. $3000 sign-on bonus for full-time and $1500 for part-time. Qualifications include active Maryland Practical Nurse licensure, one year of experience in Geriatric or Long-Term Care, high school diploma or equivalent, CPR certification, and effective communication skills. Responsibilities include providing care to residents, administering medications and treatments, performing assessments, and participating in daily rounding.
