This PRN Registered Nurse Basic position reports to the Director of Nursing, offering full-time hours with hourly compensation and allowed overtime. The role requires an active nursing license and graduation from an accredited Nursing School. Responsibilities include maintaining patient safety, providing therapeutic support, participating in treatment team meetings, administering competent nursing care, completing admission processes, monitoring patient health, dispensing medications, performing veni-punctures, assisting with physical examinations, developing nursing care plans, inventorying supplies, implementing physician orders, providing patient education, documenting patient care, orienting patients to treatment programs, and delivering lectures and in-services as needed.
