This job description is for a Rad Tech to CT Tech Certification Program at AdventHealth Ocala in Ocala, Florida. The program offers a full-time, paid 12-week training opportunity for technologists registered in X-ray, nuclear medicine, and/or radiation therapy to transition into a CT Technologist role. Upon successful completion, candidates will transition into a CT Technologist role with higher pay and industry-recognized credentials. The role involves performing CT radiologic procedures under the direction of a Radiologist, with additional responsibilities such as on-call rotations and assisting in X-ray procedures. Requirements include an Associate’s degree or Graduate of a Technical School, ARRT(RT) certification, and Basic Life Support – CPR certification. The position offers a pay range of $24.37 – $36.55 per hour, full-time hours, and a comprehensive benefits package.
