Summary: Assists physical therapists in homebound patient care rehabilitation services. Performs delegated procedures, records and reports the patients reactions, responses, and changes to supervising therapist.
Education and Experience: Applied Associates In Physical Therapy, 1 year Pediatric Experience preferred
Certification/Licensure: CPR Certification, State License for Physical Therapy Assistant, Current Texas Drivers License in Good Standing
