Ophthalmologist needed to perform comprehensive eye exams on US Veterans in Alaska for VA’s SHA process. Responsibilities include reviewing medical records, conducting exams, and submitting forms. Not involved in determinations or treatment. Will assess 3-6 Veterans daily as a 1099 Independent Contractor on a PRN basis. Must have current Ophthalmologist license, perform Visual Field Testing, and meet VA credentialing requirements.
