Summary: Competent Nurse practicing independently in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care, making appropriate assignments, and delegating tasks. Meets OneCHRISTUS Competencies and ANA Standards of Practice. Administers medications, documents care, assesses learning needs, and provides education to patients and families. Requires BSN, 1 year of related nursing experience, BLS, RN license, ACLS, PALS, crisis intervention training, and TNCC for trauma facilities. Per Diem work.
