Responsible for patient assessment, care planning, and provision of nursing care. Supervises staff, functions as charge nurse. Involves care for various patient populations. Implements care plans, evaluates patient responses, provides education, and ensures effective communication. Demonstrates competencies in nursing process, patient throughput, unit operations, safe practice, and regulations. Requires BSN, RN license, BLS certification, and 6 months to 1 year of experience. Per diem work schedule.
