Responsible for patient assessment, care planning, and provision of nursing care. Supervises staff, functions as charge nurse. Provides care to various patient populations. Implements care plans, evaluates patient responses, educates patients and families. Communicates effectively, ensures safe practices, and complies with regulations. Utilizes nursing process, promotes patient throughput, and maintains unit operations. Demonstrates safe practice, quality care, and knowledge of healthcare laws. Possesses technical competencies in clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, order processing, chart reading, and patient safety. Requires BSN, RN license, BLS certification, and relevant experience. Per diem work schedule.
