Competent RN with 2+ years labor and delivery experience. Provides routine and complex care, makes appropriate assignments, and delegates care. Utilizes nursing process, addresses patient needs, administers treatments, and educates patients. Demonstrates leadership, patient safety, and quality care. Must have BSN, 1 year related experience, BLS, RN license. New hires undergo orientation and competency validations. Prefer Perinatal RN Residency or experience.
