The Nurse is responsible for providing routine and complex care, addressing patient needs, administering medications, and documenting care. They must utilize critical thinking skills, communicate effectively, and ensure patient safety. The role involves patient throughput, unit operations, safe practice, and compliance with regulations. Technical competencies include clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, medical order processing, patient chart reading, and patient safety. Requirements include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, 1 year of related experience, BLS, RN license, ACLS, PALS, and crisis intervention training. The work schedule is 7PM – 7AM, full-time.
