The job requires a Nurse with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, at least 2 years of experience in Critical Care and another specialty, BLS, ACLS, RN License, PALS, and NRP certifications. The responsibilities include providing routine and complex care, addressing patient needs, administering medications, documenting care, and ensuring patient safety. The Nurse must demonstrate competencies in utilizing the nursing process, patient throughput, unit operations, safe practice/quality care/regulations, and technical competencies related to clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, medical order processing, patient chart reading, and patient safety. The work schedule is from 7PM to 7AM on a per diem basis.
