Responsible for patient assessment, care planning, and provision of nursing care. Supervises staff, functions as charge nurse. Provides care to various patient populations. Develops care plans, implements care, evaluates patient response. Educates patients and team members. Communicates effectively, ensures patient safety. Utilizes nursing process, promotes patient throughput, maintains unit operations, ensures safe practice/quality care. Demonstrates knowledge of regulations and technical competencies. Requires BSN, 6 months to 1 year RN experience, BLS, RN license or GN permit. Full-time position.
