Competent Nurse practicing independently in clinical setting, providing routine and complex care, making appropriate assignments, and delegating care. Meets competencies, provides nursing care using nursing process, administers medications, documents care, assesses learning needs, and educates patients. Utilizes critical thinking, anticipates patient needs, coaches on discharge process, directs nursing care, ensures patient safety, complies with regulations, and follows clinical policies. Requires BSN, 2 years of experience in MedSurg and Critical Care or Emergency Department, BLS, and RN license.
