The job requires a competent Nurse to provide routine and complex care independently, addressing patients’ physical, emotional, and social needs. The Nurse must utilize critical thinking skills, implement evidence-based practice, and ensure patient safety. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process, administering medications, educating patients, and complying with healthcare regulations. The Nurse must also demonstrate proficiency in clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, medical order processing, patient chart reading, interpretation, and patient safety. Job requirements include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, 1 year of related nursing experience, BLS certification, and an RN license. The work schedule is full-time from 7AM to 7PM.
