The job requires a competent Nurse to provide routine and complex care independently, address patient needs, administer medications, document care, assess learning needs, and provide education. The Nurse must utilize critical thinking skills, communicate effectively, plan for patient flow, manage unit operations, ensure safe practice and quality care, comply with regulations, and possess technical competencies in clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, medical order processing, patient chart reading, and patient safety. The candidate must have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, 1 year of related nursing experience, BLS certification, RN license, and additional certifications in Perinatal care, STABLE, NRP, and ACLS. The work schedule is from 7AM to 7PM, full-time.
