Responsible for patient assessment, care planning, and provision of nursing care. Supervises staff, functions as charge nurse, and provides care to various patient populations. Develops care plans, implements care, evaluates patient response, and provides education. Communicates effectively, ensures patient safety, and complies with regulations. Possesses technical competencies in clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, order processing, chart reading, and patient safety. Requires BSN, 6 months to 1 year RN experience, BLS, RN license, or GN permit. Full-time position.
