Competent RN with 2+ years labor and delivery experience needed. Responsibilities include providing routine and complex care, making appropriate assignments, and meeting competency standards. Must utilize nursing process, address patient needs, and ensure safe practice. Technical competencies in clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, and patient safety required. Bachelor’s in Nursing preferred. BLS and RN license required. New hires undergo orientation and competency validations. Perinatal RN Residency preferred. Certifications in Electronic Fetal Monitoring, NRP, and ACLS preferred. Full-time position with 7AM-7PM schedule.
