Core competencies involve utilizing nursing process, patient throughput, unit operations, safe practice/quality care, and regulations. Technical competencies include clinical policies and standards, health information documentation, medical equipment, medical order processing, patient chart reading and interpretation, and patient safety. Job requirements include Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, 1 year of related nursing specialty experience, BLS certification, and RN license. Per diem work schedule.
