The job requires a competent Nurse to work independently in Critical Care, providing routine and complex care, making appropriate assignments, and delegating tasks. The role involves utilizing the nursing process, managing patient flow, unit operations, and complying with regulations. Technical competencies include clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, medical order processing, patient chart reading, and patient safety. Job requirements include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, 2 years of experience in Critical Care and another specialty, BLS, ACLS, RN License, and PALS/NRP certifications. The work schedule is 7PM – 7AM on a per diem basis.
