Summary: Competent Nurse practicing independently in clinical setting, providing routine and complex care, making appropriate assignments, and delegating care. Meets OneCHRISTUS Competencies, ANA Standards of Practice, and utilizes Nursing Process. Addresses patient needs, administers treatments, documents care, assesses learning needs, and educates patients. Demonstrates core competencies in nursing process, patient throughput, unit operations, safe practice/quality care/regulations, and technical competencies in clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, medical order processing, patient chart reading/interpretation, and patient safety. Requires Bachelor of Science in Nursing, 1 year of related experience, BLS certification, and RN license. Full-time position with variable schedule.
