Competent Nurse with $10K sign-on bonus for cardiac care unit. Provides routine and complex care, manages contingencies, makes appropriate assignments, and delegates care. Focus on post-cardiac surgery patients, medical-surgical patients, and critical cardiac drips. Responsibilities include nursing care, medication administration, patient education, and documentation.
