Develops and leads nursing maternal/perinatal initiatives, collaborates with medical director and regional leaders, implements clinical strategies, policies, and practices, ensures standardization and optimal patient care. Requires BSN, RN license, certifications in NRP and AWHONN, 5 years of perinatal nursing experience, computer proficiency, communication skills, and flexibility. Reports to Chief Nursing Executive. Involves clinical contact, travel, and physical requirements.
