Competent Nurse position with a $10K sign-on bonus. Responsibilities include providing routine and complex care, making appropriate assignments, and addressing patient needs. Requires BSN, 1 year of related experience, BLS, and RN license. Full-time position with a 7AM-7PM schedule. Must demonstrate proficiency in clinical competencies, patient throughput, unit operations, safe practice/quality care, regulations, and technical competencies related to clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, medical order processing, patient chart reading, and patient safety.
