Responsible for patient assessment, care planning, and provision of nursing care to various patient groups. Supervises other clinical staff, acts as charge nurse, and ensures safe and therapeutic care. Develops care plans, evaluates patient responses, provides education, and maintains effective communication. Requires an Associate’s Degree in Nursing, current Texas RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications, and crisis intervention training. One year nursing experience preferred but new graduates accepted. Per Diem work type.
