The job requires a competent Nurse to provide routine and complex care independently, addressing patients’ needs and educating them. The Nurse must utilize critical thinking skills, follow nursing process, ensure patient safety, and comply with regulations. Technical competencies include clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, medical order processing, patient chart reading, and patient safety. Requirements include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, 1 year of related nursing experience, BLS certification, RN license, completion of orientation and competencies, and certifications in STABLE and NRP. The position is part-time in a Perinatal setting.
