The Nurse is responsible for providing routine and complex care, administering medications, documenting patient information, and educating patients and families. They must utilize critical thinking skills, assess patient needs, implement care plans, and evaluate patient responses. The Nurse must also ensure patient safety, comply with regulations, and demonstrate proficiency in clinical policies, medical equipment, health information documentation, medical order processing, patient chart reading, and patient safety. Requirements include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, 1 year of related experience, BLS, RN license, ACLS, PALS, crisis intervention training, and TNCC for trauma facilities. The work schedule is 7PM – 7AM, full-time.
