The job requires a competent Nurse to provide routine and complex care independently, address patient needs, administer medications, document care, and educate patients and families. Competencies include utilizing the nursing process, ensuring patient safety, managing patient flow, and complying with regulations. Technical competencies involve clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, medical order processing, patient chart reading, and patient safety. Requirements include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, 1 year of related nursing experience, BLS certification, and RN license. Additional certifications in perinatal care, electronic fetal monitoring, STABLE, ACLS, and NRP are necessary. The work schedule is full-time from 7PM to 7AM.
