Competent Nurse with $10K sign-on bonus. Provides routine and complex care in med/surg unit. Utilizes evidence-based practice, discharge teaching, and ANA standards. Competencies include nursing process, patient throughput, unit operations, safe practice/quality care, regulations, and technical skills.
