Competent Nurse practicing independently in clinical setting, providing routine and complex care, making appropriate assignments, and delegating care. Meets OneCHRISTUS Competencies and ANA Standards. Utilizes Nursing Process, administers medications, documents care, assesses learning needs, and educates patients. Demonstrates critical thinking, patient throughput, unit operations, safe practice/quality care, and compliance with regulations. Possesses technical competencies in clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, medical order processing, patient chart reading, and patient safety. Requires BSN, 1 year of related nursing experience, BLS, and RN license. Per Diem work schedule.
