Responsible for patient assessment, care planning, and provision of nursing care. Supervises staff, functions as charge nurse. Provides care to various patient populations. Implements care plans, evaluates patient responses, and provides education. Communicates effectively and ensures safe practices. Utilizes nursing process, promotes patient throughput, and maintains unit operations. Ensures safe practice, quality care, and compliance with regulations. Possesses technical competencies in clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, order processing, chart reading, and patient safety. Requires BSN, RN license, BLS, and relevant experience. Per diem work schedule.
