Competent Nurse practicing independently in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care, making appropriate assignments, and delegating care. Meets OneCHRISTUS Competencies and ANA Standards of Practice. Utilizes Nursing Process, administers medications, documents care, assesses learning needs, and provides education. Demonstrates core competencies in patient care, patient throughput, unit operations, safe practice/quality care/regulations. Possesses technical competencies in clinical policies and standards, health information documentation, medical equipment, medical order processing, patient chart reading and interpretation, and patient safety. Requires Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, 1 year of related nursing specialty experience, BLS certification, and RN license. Full-time position with a 5-day, 8-hour work schedule.
