The Nurse is responsible for providing routine and complex care, administering medications, documenting patient information, assessing learning needs, and educating patients and caregivers. They must utilize critical thinking skills, communicate effectively, implement evidence-based practice, and ensure patient safety. The Nurse must also anticipate patient needs, manage unit operations, comply with regulations, and possess technical competencies in clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, medical order processing, patient chart reading, and patient safety. Job requirements include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, 1 year of related nursing experience, BLS, RN license, ACLS, PALS, crisis intervention training, and TNCC for trauma facilities. The work schedule is 7PM – 7AM, full-time.
