Shift: Varied 12-hour shifts, day or evening in the Respiratory Therapy department. Compensation includes a base pay range of $30.96 – $46.92 per hour, special pay of an additional $8.00 per hour until 5/31/25, and various shift differentials. Choose between a $10,000 sign-on bonus or retention rewards up to $15,000, including relocation support, student loan repayment, and enhanced retention bonuses. Responsibilities include administering respiratory therapy procedures, participating in emergency response teams, patient documentation, infection control, and education. Required qualifications include RCP or RCP-Temp licensure and CRT certification, with RRT certification preferred. Physical demands include ambulating and moving objects over 20 lbs.
