Capable clinician with previous specialty experience preferred, focused on expanding knowledge and skills. Provides effective direct care as part of the interdisciplinary team to complex patients. Assumes a beginning clinical bedside leadership role, participates in councils and quality teams, and works to recruit and retain an excellent nursing care team. Requires RN licensure in Georgia, an Associate’s Degree or Diploma, and at least 1 year of RN experience. Key skills include safe patient care, effective communication, critical thinking, and evidence-based practice. Responsibilities include transformational leadership, exemplary professional practice, new knowledge and innovation, structural empowerment, and empirical outcomes. Physical demands include lifting up to 100 lbs and standing/walking frequently.
