This role supports the Early Supports team in developing family support plans for children aged birth to three with neurodevelopmental differences. Responsibilities include providing caregiver coaching, conducting evaluations, participating in IFSP meetings, maintaining records, and collaborating with families and other service providers. Required qualifications include a Physical Therapy degree, fluency in another language, experience with children with developmental disorders, teamwork skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Other prerequisites include a valid Washington State DOH PT license, passing background checks, confidentiality compliance, a valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, physical ability to lift 40 pounds, negative tuberculosis test, current immunizations, and COVID-19 vaccination or exemption.
