Responsible for assessment, treatment planning, and execution of Occupational Therapy treatments. Maintain patient care documentation, adhere to guidelines, and ensure patient safety. Participate in patient care staffing, program development, and training. Requirements include OT degree, NBCOT exam, and NC licensure. Minimum one year experience in hospital or rehab setting.
