The In-House Physical Therapist will assess patients, develop treatment programs, set goals, document patient progress, and educate patients and families. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited PT program, valid state license, experience in long-term care/geriatric care, EMR documentation proficiency, collaboration with other disciplines, exceptional patient service skills, adherence to scheduled hours, professionalism, and compliance with confidentiality & HIPAA.
